At Gorilla Mind, we stand behind our formulas and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our fulfillment center address provided during the authorization process.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
